Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps (Cooling Check)
- Condensate treatment is added to the pans and drain lines to prevent obstructions.
- Check refrigerant levels. (According to many equipment manufacturers, a 10% refrigerant loss will result in a 20% decrease in system efficiency!)
- Test all electrical components, test safety controls, and check electrical connections for tightness.
- Inspect disconnect box, contactors, filter(s), blower motor and wheel.
- Check amp draw on the compressor and fan motor.
- Replace batteries in digital thermostats (batteries not included)

- Inspection of burner assembly, clean flame sensor, observation of heating operations.
