In 10 and a half years I have only dealt with these guys and have only seen them 3 times -- twice to install a new unit, and once for a service call. We have used Authorized Heating & Air for years & always had a good experience. Most recently they sent someone out on a Saturday & within just a few hours of us calling. It ended up being an easy fix, but the guy that came out was very thorough & stayed for a while to make sure the problem was solved. We are very satisfied customers.

Tech was on time and helpful with recommendations to improve our system. Was very informative with what he was doing and how our system was. Couldn’t recommend any other company but them.
