Matthew is the owner of Authorized Heating and Air. He started in HVAC in 1996 as a part-time helper while preparing for college to become a Mechanical Engineer. The HVAC industry fascinated him and caught his attention. Finding solutions to problems and helping others motivates him every day. He started working full-time and committed himself to learning the HVAC industry, continually expanding his knowledge. In his 28 years in this industry, he has had the honor of working in different roles within the field and for manufacturers. Each role has taught him how to help find solutions to each obstacle he faces.

Steve has worked in the HVAC industry since 1984. He uses his knowledge and expertise to assist customers in determining the right HVAC system for their home. He enjoys going to the dirt track to watch his family’s team race on the weekends and hanging out at the pool with his family.

Getty is a skilled HVAC Installer with 5+ years of experience installing and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits, all while focusing on reliability. He attended Spartanburg Community College, where he received his Certification in HVAC Technology. Further education includes ESCO Institute EPA certifications for universal levels of sections 608 and 609 for refrigerant transition and recovery, and the NATE Certification. He also completed an HVAC apprenticeship program. Getty is a customer- and safety-oriented professional, able to handle heavy workloads and deliver high-quality installations and repairs. In his free time, he loves spending time with his daughter.

Joey is part of the HVAC install team and has worked in the HVAC industry for 22 years. He takes pride in his work and ensures every customer feels like family. Since starting in 2002, he has completed multiple training classes and gained his universal EPA, NATE, NCI residential air balance, and NCI duct system optimization specialist certifications. When he’s not focusing on the comfort of others, you can find him leading the youth at his church, spending time with his family, or fishing.

Brent, born and raised in the Carolinas, has been in the HVAC business for over a decade. His passion for his job comes from the satisfaction of helping others with any HVAC issues they might have. Despite the challenges he faces in his work, he finds joy in making a difference in people’s lives by ensuring their comfort at home and in their workplaces. In his free time, Brent cherishes every moment with his family, enjoying trips to the beach and engaging in exhilarating activities such as mountain biking and camping. These moments provide him with the balance and joy he needs to face the challenges of his demanding job.

Cody has worked as an HVAC service technician for over 10 years. He works diligently with customers to help find a solution to any problem they are experiencing. He is a veteran of the United States Army. In his free time, he enjoys watching dirt track racing on the weekends.

Nick has worked as an HVAC service technician for over 22 years. He is very thorough with his work and is able to work effectively to find customers a solution to whatever issues they are facing. He enjoys spending time with his family on the weekends. When he is not working or with his family, you can find him fishing.

Matt has been working as an HVAC service technician for over 35 years. With his years of experience, he is able to quickly solve problems and find customers a solution. He likes to spend his free time hunting and fishing.

Anne-Marie has worked at Authorized Heating and Air for 5 years. What she loves the most is spending time with her family. She has three children and three grandsons. She loves music, books, and traveling.

Ansley works in the office at Authorized Heating and Air. She graduated from Lander University with a degree in business administration. She likes to travel and visit as many new places as possible.
